Due to the hygienic nature of our hair care products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
